Sorry for the teaser September 1).....Believe it or not it is now September 12, where did the last 12 days go?

Anyway this is a Summer update heading into Fall, so another three months of updating.
Our Summer was spent mostly at home with our grandson Mason entertaining, keeping us busy, and showering us with those special kind of hugs for three weeks. Then one week up North with D.J. and family. Home again and right back to work. Summer went extremely fast and now I am already into week 4 of the school year. Busy with meetings, and more meetings. Heading to S.F. this next week for an AAC conference and will be there for 4 days, going with a teacher that I have known and worked with since 1977 and she is deaf too. Should be fun... Dave's going to head to the beach with a friend. Been doing some sewing, mainly dresses for Savannah. Dave is doing work around the house and yard. Putting together a garden box for winter vegies.
He celebrated his birthday cooking dinner for our neighbors and us... and is looking forward to going to see Merle Haggard at CSUChico at the end of the month (tickets compliments of our Super Neighbors).
